ACH Origination

Community Business Bank’s ACH network is an efficient and reliable electronic funds transfer system that allows your company the ability to enhance accounts payable and receivable functions such as payroll direct deposit, recurring and business-to-business payments. Payments processing is managed through a secure web-based connection, so there is no special hardware or software to install.

Positive Pay

Positive Pay is a check and electronic fraud detection tool. Each business day checks that are presented for payment against your business account will be available for your  review using Community Business Bank’s Online Banking. A daily exception report provides you the opportunity to identify fraudulent checks. Positive Pay will allow you to build and save a custom template which can be viewed and edited. As history records are loaded, the Positive Pay module compares the transaction in the history file to the issued items and creates an exception for the items that do not match exactly.

Community Business Bank offers a full service Contractor Retention Escrow Solution for Contractors involved in public works projects.  Any General Contractor licensed to do business in California and who obtains a public works project is eligible. With an in-depth knowledge of the construction industry, we can help you expedite the escrow process while your retention dollars earn interest in a Money Market Account.

Instead of the public agency withholding your retention, Community Business Bank can act as Escrow Agent.  Simply provide us with the project details and we will manage the entire process from document preparation to final release and disbursement of funds.
